1. Student Cancellations

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • No-Shows: Full lesson payment charged, no refund
  • Emergencies: Handled case-by-case, fees may be waived

2. Instructor Cancellations

  • Instructors should provide reasonable notice and offer rescheduling options
  • Full refunds provided if rescheduling is not possible
  • Emergency cancellations permitted with full refunds

3. Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days to original payment method
  • Refund eligibility depends on timing and circumstances
  • Rhythmiq reserves the right to make final determinations on refund requests
